THE PROGRAM AT A GLANCE
From 8 to 22 November 2025, an invited and exclusive group of executive participants will trek to the Base Camp of Mount Everest.
As they ascend together on this journey, participants will engage in an orchestrated leadership development process.
The grand nature, unique culture and program staff will facilitate and work as a catalyst for the process of developing self-awareness, personal insight, and perspective.
While the leadership development journey is individual, the process is done together. The program features, sessions and workshops, and peer-to-peer facilitated feedback and sparring as a supplement to the individual reflections.
In the fall of 2024 and on-line from home, we collectively kick-off and do preparatory diagnostic work with Hogan Personality Assessment® including (confidential) 1:1 feedback, peer-driven 360, and first coaching discussion on a next business case ideas.
17 November 2024, we meet in Katmandu from where we fly in to the mountains to Lukla (2,860 meters) to trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters). Through the trek, we work individual and collectively with both the personal development as a leader and our individual business project ideas. Post Everest, the participant cohort is established as peer group for continuous development and support.
The program is led by a seasoned executive development practioner and founder of Himalaya Executive Leadership Program (HELP), Casper Nervil, and certified trekking and climbing guide and program Lead Sherpa, ``LP`` Sherpa, and supported by sherpa team, certified coach, and yoga-instructor.

The beauty of the arrangement is that while you save half of the cost of the program, the arrangement is cost free for your employer, which makes most employers open to the idea. Your employer will simply have to pay for the program, while you accept a temporary pay cut in gross salary that equals the cost of the education – saving you the tax on your pay cut.
